Kundalini Yoga & Art
Kundalini Yoga is a form of yoga accessible to everyone and allows you to connect to the constant flow of creative energy within you. Postures and breathing exercises awaken the body’s natural vitality, release stress, and prepare the mind and body for meditation.
During this retreat you transition from yoga and meditation to different forms of free-flowing expression using water-based paints, wool, or pen & ink.
