SATURDAY: CHAKRAS AND THE PRACTICE OF ASANA

This workshop is eligible for 5 hours CEU with Yoga Alliance. Continuing Education Units are required to maintain your status as a Registered Yoga Teacher. The workshop includes relevant lecture, yoga practice, an opportunity to practice new approaches to various yoga asanas, several breathing techniques, and meditation, along with time to reflect and discuss the experiences that will naturally arise from this class. This workshop is open to all levels. |
SUNDAY APRIL 23: THE POWER OF THE CHAKRAS IN RAISING AWARENESS
Sunday April 23, 11am - 4:30pm “The barriers to change lay deep in the subconscious and are not easy to access with your rational, thinking mind.
