Siri Kirin Kaur (KIKI)
KUNDALINI YOGA & ART TEACHER
Siri Kirin (Kiki) started practicing Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan in 2010. The daily practice is her steady support along the path of life; guiding and helping her with the many challenges life can bring. In 2014 she started teaching yoga and opened Sun Studio.
Kiki's passion for yoga and art evolved from a deep personal practice to sharing the joys and magic of art making and yoga with large groups of people. She loves watching people light up when practicing art or yoga.
Kiki is a visual artist who exhibited and participated in many local and international exhibitions. She collaborated with elementary school children on large felt projects, such as the 'Giving Trees' and 'Healing Trees' and 'Taan's Moons' projects. The felt artworks for Taan's Moons became the illustratrations for beautiful published book "Taan's Moons", written by Alison Gear, a story of one version of the Haida Moon cycle. For more information on Kiki's art and projects, please visit her website: www.kikivanderheiden.com.
HATHA, YIN & FLOW TEACHER
Nomadic by nature and inspired by movement, Meghan unintentionally found the practice of yoga in 2011. After a year of intense practice, she sought to deepen her knowledge and understanding of yoga by completing her 200hr YTT with Shakti Mhi at Prana Yoga Teacher’s College in Vancouver.
Meghan's teaching style integrates the physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual aspects of the practice allowing students to find stillness through a moving meditation.
She considers yoga, poetry for the body and invites you to come and explore the depths of your Self through breath and shape making.
Molly first came across hatha yoga at her hometown's Lions Hall when she was fifteen years old, and has been a consistent practitioner ever since. In 2018 she decided to dive deeper into yogic philosophy and practice and completed her 200hr YTT with Jay Suttonbrown at Manipura Yoga College at Sun Studio, Haida Gwaii.
A firm believer that the practice of yoga is as much about our actions off the mat as it is on the mat, Molly seeks to integrate her passion for social and ecological responsibility with accessible sequences and meditation.
A Marine Planner by profession, Molly likes to spend her free time building her dream house with her partner, gardening, knitting, cooking, cycling, and scheming about her next adventure.

Shelley also enjoys stand up paddle boarding, running, and skiing with an aim to sweat and laugh every day.
