Learn foundation poses and simple vinyasa through a cumulative series.
Taught in a tutorial method, you discover how to be in the postures and move through postures in a manner most suited to your body, health and limitations.
This series allows you to transition safely into Hatha, Yin and Vinyasa classes offered at Sun studio.
