An 8-week cumulative series to explore the foundational practices of Hatha yoga. This practice integrates the relationship of the mind and body through breath and movement to cultivate strength, stability and flexibility. We will focus on proper alignment for your body type as we progress into a fluid practice over the 8 weeks.
This is a cumulative series of personalized teaching and the greatest benefit is achieved by attending all 8 sessions, however classes are open to drop in.
Dates: Thursdays, September 3 – October 22
Time: 5:30 - 6:30pm
