Through guided meditations and deep relaxation with the breath and the body we will experience the healing benefits of working with Flowers of Light.
Our First Journey into the Garden Sanctuary is now ready to be experienced in your own Time and your own Space. And you will receive this downloadable Audio automatically if you process payment for all 4 journeys.

Preparation:
Create a quiet space where you can rest and receive this journey. Perhaps light a candle, have a blanket ready, perhaps a cup of tea and some water.
Enter a deeply relaxing space guided by the soothing voice of Kiki. Experience and receive the healing benefits of Flowers of Light in the Garden Sanctuary.
Part of these meditations will be seated on a chair and part of it will be receiving the light while laying down, so please prepare your space accordingly.
It will be helpful to know where the directions East, South, West and North are in your space. Ideally your chair is facing East and your mat/bed is facing East for the head and West for the feet.

P.S. Note on the Audios:
These audios are around 50 minutes each. Each one may have periods of silence to to receive healing, messages and/or additional imagery, so just relax and receive.
I recommend leaving some time after each session before stepping back into regular activities. Ground yourself first. Perhaps journal, drink some water, having a bite to eat and/or going out for a walk in nature for a bit.
Unless it's bedtime and you are ready for dreamland to continue to take you to other spheres. I still recommend drinking some water though.
