Join us for a week of yoga, stories, art, mindfulness activities and outdoor time. This week you construct and decorate your own personal zen garden using wood and natural materials. We will also create a small felt bowl to hold items for the zen garden and do other drawing and colouring activities related to the theme of mindfulness. (These are multiple day art activities.)
