Sadhana means daily spiritual practice. It is the foundation of all spiritual endeavor. Sadhana is your personal, individual spiritual effort. It is the main tool you use to work on yourself to achieve the purpose of life.
Before you face the world each day, do yourself a favor and tune up your nervous system and attune yourself to your highest inner self.
"Immerse yourself in the joy of victory that comes from starting each day with a powerful sadhana and every challenge becomes opportunity." (Sadhana Guidelines)

Sadhana: Your Morning Practice
Start 2018 with a commitment to begin a daily home practice called sadhana, a discipline of mind and body to serve the soul.
In this 7 week series, join Kiki for an early Thursday morning class, which will work towards you developing a regular sadhana specifically beneficial for 2018.
Why Morning Practice?
Why do we get up for morning sadhana? Because we have to face the whole day with a constant level of energy. When we get up in the morning, meditate, chant the mantras, do the exercises, call on our spirit, regulate the breath, and get together in group consciousness, we help and uplift each other.
"There are a lot of things we need: One of these needs is that for the mind to work for you for the whole day, it must be fresh and clear; it must be made livable. That is why it is a requirement to rise early in the morning when nobody can disturb you, when you can be yourself." (Yogi Bhajan)
