Restorative Yoga
Instructor: Laurie Gross
Friday December 1
|
Pause the chaos of life and counter the effects of stress that can be damaging to your body and overall well-being. The supported postures and slower pace of a restorative yoga class create a deeper experience of the body and calm the nervous system.
Restorative practices utilize supportive props such as bolsters allowing you to melt into the pose. This class is open to all levels, including those with no previous experience. |
To ensure your spot, please pre-register as class size is limited.
NB: Because this is a very still class you are encouraged to dress in warmer, comfy clothes. REGISTER NOW: “Restorative poses cultivate the habit of attention.
You learn to identify how and where you hold tension and consciously release it. You discover a clear space from which to make life choices. Through restorative poses you come into harmony with your body’s natural rhythms. Living by these rhythms is the key to good health.” ~ Judith Lasater |
