HATHA, YIN & SLOW FLOW INSTRUCTOR
Nomadic by nature and inspired by movement, Meghan unintentionally found the practice of yoga in 2011. After a year of intense practice, she sought to deepen her knowledge and understanding of yoga by completing her 200hr YTT with Shakti Mhi at Prana Yoga Teacher’s College in Vancouver.
Meghan's teaching style integrates the physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual aspects of the practice allowing students to find stillness through a moving meditation.
She considers yoga, poetry for the body and invites you to come and explore the depths of your Self through breath and shape making.
RESTORATIVE, YIN & HATHA YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Laurie’s journey with yoga began long before she ever hit the mat. Through birthing she experienced the power and stillness that lies within and began her journey of self-healing. This journey drew her to holistic practices including Ayurveda, Reiki and Yoga. Laurie felt the need to share these practices and became a professional Doula, Reiki Master and a 500 RYT yoga teacher.
Laurie guides you towards the stillness that lies within through a variety of yoga styles and practices including the deep release work with Yin Fusion, the strength, stability and flexibility of Hatha Yoga and deep relaxation of Restorative Yoga.
