Circle of Light - Green Meditation

A meditative practice with the Light. Using a special breath technique to ground yourself and to release any heavy or nervous energies, we meditate with the Green Ray of Light.

Sanctuary of Light - 4 Healing Journeys

Enter the deeply relaxing and healing space of the Sanctuary of Light. Receive four healing journeys, taking you into the Garden, the Sanctuary, the Oasis and the Night Garden.  

Through guided meditations with the breath and the body we will experience and receive the healing benefits of Flowers and Gifts of Light in the Garden Sanctuary.
