Baby & Me Yoga Class
Moms, Dads, babies and their caregivers are invited to join this yoga class to exercise, breathe, relax, and connect
through loving touch, sight, sound and movement.
The class focuses on post partum needs such as toning the pelvic floor, re-establishing core strength and stability,
strengthening the back, as well as relieving tension in areas such as the neck, shoulders and back.
You will learn meditations to reduce anxiety and stress, and for when you feel worried or overwhelmed.
Throughout the class you will have the option to either involve your baby in the movements, to hold him or her,
or to have your baby close to you on your blanket.
Previous yoga experience is not necessary.
Babies from 4 weeks old to crawling are welcome to join
Thursdays, October 20 - December 8 (No class Oct 27 and Nov 24)
Time: 10:45am - 11:45am
Registered Class, 6 sessions $80 per adult
Drop-ins welcome $15 per session
