**NEW** REstorative Yoga
The softest of Yoga modalities, Restorative Yoga helps the body rest and relax, thereby releasing stress and allowing the nervous system to activate the body's innate healing abilities. This form of yoga was developed by Iyengar and Judith Lasater to address pain and injuries, but can benefit anyone. Open to all ages and abilities.

HG REc Program: Seniors Yoga
Senior’s Yoga is very gentle hatha yoga practice for those who want to build strength and improve balance, mobility and range of motion in their joints and spine. Classes will include meditation, gentle stretching, a balancing sequence and relaxation.

HG Rec Program: Body Resistance Blast Round 2
This low-impact, high-intensity class uses mats, resistance bands and body weight to create a dynamic, challenging workout that will keep you strong, build your core, increase mobility and increase cardiovascular health!
It is recommended that you bring a water bottle, towel and comfortable exercise attire to every class.
All bodies, fitness levels and genders welcome!
