YOGA WORKSHOP WITH MEGHAN CROSS
Through asana (postures), meditation, self-reflection and dialogue this workshop explores how we can work towards a path of healing, reconciliation and justice for all people through radical acceptance of ourselves.
We live in a volatile world. Globally we are seeing environmental degradation, strain on our socio-political systems and continued injustice and opposition. Building awareness through our yoga practice and grounding ourselves in the chaos allows us to connect and cultivate a deeper understanding of ourselves and others.
