**NEW** REstorative Yoga - Registered Class
The softest of Yoga modalities, Restorative Yoga helps the body rest and relax, thereby releasing stress and allowing the nervous system to activate the body's innate healing abilities. This form of yoga was developed by Iyengar and Judith Lasater to address pain and injuries, but can benefit anyone. Open to all ages and abilities.

HG REc Program: Seniors Yoga
Senior’s Yoga is very gentle hatha yoga practice for those who want to build strength and improve balance, mobility and range of motion in their joints and spine. Classes will include meditation, gentle stretching, a balancing sequence and relaxation.

HG Rec Program: Body Resistance Blast Round 2
This low-impact, high-intensity class uses mats, resistance bands and body weight to create a dynamic, challenging workout that will keep you strong, build your core, increase mobility and increase cardiovascular health!
It is recommended that you bring a water bottle, towel and comfortable exercise attire to every class.
All bodies, fitness levels and genders welcome!

Haida Gwaii Coffeehouse Proudly Presents: Harmonie rose
The Haida Gwaii Coffeehouse welcomes all islanders to a monthly celebration of local talent. Harmonie has been living and writing songs on Haida Gwaii for over 23 years. She has a wide variety of original styles touching on blues, reggae, folk and dance music.

Manipura Yoga College Training: The Eight Limbs of Yoga
5 Day Kundalini and Hatha Course with Jay Suttonbrown from Manipura Yoga College. In this training Jay invites you to explore various elements of practice, diving into what it means to lead with intention and to manifest your path through your own practice.
Path of Purpose offers 50 hours of deep inquiry into the Eight Limbs of Yoga; the practices of the yamas and niyamas; yogic technology based on asana, kriya, mantra, pranayama, and meditation; and the study of the ancient sutras.
